Each store has its own affiliate portal. Affiliates sign in to find their referral link, review commissions, and see what is owed and paid.
What creates a commission?
An eligible paid Shopify order must use an approved affiliate’s active code or, when enabled, a verified referral link. A visit alone does not create a commission.
Does Referlane send payouts automatically?
Payouts are manual. You review and export eligible balances, send payment through your chosen method, then record the payment reference in Referlane.
Do storefront visits need marketing permission?
The optional tracking embed waits for Shopify’s privacy settings to allow marketing tracking. Referral discount codes still work when visits cannot be recorded.
How are app subscriptions managed?
Standard is $20 every 30 days, with no free trial or platform sales percentage. Choose and manage your subscription through Shopify.
